Ahmet Hasolli ka dhene doreheqje
me rastin e doreheqjes se 'avokatit' tim
Dje, fare rastesisht, u njoftova se pas seances se pare gjyqesore kunder meje, te mbajtur me 19 shtator 2007, i ashtuquajturi avokat imi, Ahmet Hasolli, ka dhene doreheqje.
Pergjate ketyre gati tete muajve sa me mbajne te izoluar, per arsye kryekeput parimore dhe asnjehere per shkaqe personale, nuk e kam pranuar z.Ahmet Hasolli per avokat timin. Pra, jo per ate se ai ishte Ahmet Hasolli por per shkak se une nuk kam dashur avokat, kurrfare avokati. Ahmet Hasollin e ka caktuar gjykata te cilen nuk e njoh. Ai per mua gjithhere ishte vetem nje vendim i gjykates te cilen nuk e pranoj.
Megjithekete, disa shoke te mi juriste me kane thene se, perkunder te gjithave, ne rastin tim Ahmet Hasolli ka punuar me nje cilesi qe eshte mbi mesataren e avokateve te ne. Fatkeqesisht, une nuk mund ta falenderoj per kete gje. Por, i falenderohem dhe i jam mirenjohes Ahmet Hasollit per kete doreheqje ndonese te vonuar.
Me kete rast u bej thirrje avokateve shqiptare qe te mos me behen avokate. Pra, u bej thirrje qe te mos me mbrojne dhe kesisoj te me bashkohen ne sulmimin e gjykates. U bej thirrje avokateve qe te mos e pranojne emerimin qe gjykatat e UNMIK-ut mund t'ua bejne ne kete proces kunder meje. Avokati per mua i gjykates kunder meje eshte meshira e gjykates. Une s'dua meshire. Le te duken te pameshirshem. Zaten, ashtu siç ne thelb jane. Une dua drejtesi. Por, rruga e drejtesise kalon duke i luftuar ata, duke e luftuar padrejtesine e tyre ne te cilen ata jane te reduktueshem.
Duam te behemi te pavarur, apo jo? E, pra, le te behemi atehere, duke mos iu bindur atyre qe na sundojne pa na dhene llogari, atyre qe me ligj s'mbahen pergjegjes, atyre qe nuk nuk jane mbi ligjin vetem sepse jane vete ligji. Arbitrariteti i gjyqesorit qe eshte i gershetuar me ekzekutivin nderkombetar ne Kosove nuk ka legjitimitet dhe s'mund te funksionoje pa bindjen dhe degjueshmerine tone. Atehere, le te mos u bindemi, le te mos iu nenshtrohemi. Po, pra, le te behemi (te pavarur).

Let me tell you that some I visit feel invaded and ofended that I present myself this way in their blogs

Some think I'm playing the smart guy who wants to profit in some way from (and with) others curiosity and benevolence.
Some simply ignore me.
Some aknowledge that It's most important we all take notion that there's milions of us bloguing arownd the world
and thus vital any kind of awareness of eachother such as I believe
this my self-introduction card and insert apeal brings in.
May you be one of those open and friendly spirits.
